# Overview

 SmartPay (SMTP) is an innovative payment and integrated point system designed to benefit both small business owners and consumers. By leveraging blockchain technology and smart contracts, SmartPay streamlines inefficient and complex settlement structures and pursues global scalability through a unified point system.

Franchisers can participate in the SmartPay ecosystem as members of a DAO, allowing them to take part in its management and operations. The smart contract-based automated settlement system reduces fees and enhances operational efficiency. Additionally, consumers can liquidate their accumulated points on exchanges, providing full ownership and flexible use of assets with increased liquidity.
